Dr. med. dent. Tamara Schulz

Dear Patients,

My name is Dr. Tamara Schulz. After completing my Abitur at the Oranienschule in Wiesbaden in 1992, I studied dentistry at the Johannes-Gutenberg-Universität in Mainz and received my license to practice dentistry in 1998.

I spent my two-year residency working in a modern and innovative practice in the city of Bad Kreuznach. After graduating in 2001, I decided to specialize in Orthodontistry and so, immediately began my practical training at a practice in Mainz. In early 2002, I commenced with postgraduate studies that were offered cooperatively by the State of Hessia Dentistry Association and the University Institute Stiftung Carolinum, under the direction of Prof. Peter Schopf.

During this time, I had the opportunity to work for the renowned orthodontist Prof. Polzar, in his Büdingen practice. Following graduation, I worked as an orthodontist at a teaching practice in Wiesbaden, receiving my specialists’ diploma in 2006. Since 2008, my husband and I have worked together in our group practice in Wiesbaden.

My year in Toronto, Canada, bears mentioning – I had the wonderful opportunity to attend Don Mills Collegiate, while spending time with my grandparents who live there. Attending the Langue Plus, Centre International d´Enseignement de la Langue Française in Paris, was another true highlight. These experiences contributed to my ability to ensure that our English, French, Armenian, and Turkish-speaking patients receive the best of care in their own language.

As mother of two beautiful girls, born in 2003 and 2007, I naturally also have an understanding for both a child’s and a parent’s perspective on caring for a healthy smile. It gives me great pleasure to be working with a team of colleagues who contribute the best in both professional and personal skills to our comprehensive dentistry and orthodontics practice.

I look forward to welcoming you here!

Sincerely,
Tamara Schulz
